Qantas Frequent Flyer Points Terms & Conditions.

 

Earn 3 Qantas Frequent Flyer points for every dollar spent in house and charged to your account.

DISCLAIMER:

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points and you must produce your Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the time of purchase.

Points are awarded for hotel stays purchased at rates deemed eligible by The Caledonian Hotel/Motel.
Unless otherwise specified by the The Caledonian Hotel/Motel, points will not be earned for stays of the following types:

  1. stays purchased as part of packaged holidays
  2. free hotel stays
  3. stays at industry discounts
  4. stays at group rates or other special promotional rates

Points are earned on the basis of the amount spent and, unless otherwise specified by The Caledonian Hotel/Motel, points are earned on the total amount for Accommodation, Food, Beverage, Phone, or Tours charged to the room account.

Points may be earned only by the Member whose name appears on the invoice for the hotel stay and by only one Member per hotel stay.  Points cannot be split between two or more Members occupying the same room.

NOTE: You must present your card on check in/out for us to award Qantas Frequent Flyer points.  Please allow 14 days for your points to be credited to your account.  If you have any questions in regard to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, please refer to the Qantas website www.qantas.com/frequentflyer
